"The Cardboard Knight"

"The Cardboard Knight" was performed for the KC Fringe Fest at City Stage in Union Station in July 2024. An original script by Cory Busch and directed by Sequoia Crissman. A group of refugees in an undetermined war have found family within each other, but when Simone, a teenaged girl, stumbles across their camp tension rises as they struggle to face how to help someone even when they are not in the position to, even testing their own bonds with each other. The show explores both hope found and hope lost in a turbulence of conflict.

"The Little Prince"

"The Little Prince" was performed in September of 2023. Directed by Sequoia Crissman the creative team produced the play with the support of Music Theatre Heritage's Residency program at Crown Center. This show follows the narrator through their journey after crash landing in the Sahara Desert and meeting a young boy known as the little prince. Throughout the show the narrator is regaled with the little prince's stories about the adults he has met and the friends he made along his journey. The show's theme is about learning what is essential as the little prince learned "what is essential can only be seen by the heart"

"The Glass Menagerie"

"The Glass Menagerie" was performed in November of 2022. Directed by Sequoia Crissman the creative team produced the play in Peters' Theatre at William Jewell College. With funding provided by the Liberty Arts Commission. This show follows Tom Wingfield in memory as he re-lives the moments with his sister, Laura, and his mother, Amanda. A family drama focused around the Wingfields, the play is a timeless classic.

"Waiting for Godot" was Dreamline Theatre Company's first show as an official theatre company! Directed by Cory Busch, the creative team produced the play in the trotter arts plaza at William Jewell College. With funding granted by the Liberty Arts Commission. The show followed Vladimir and Estragon as they wait by a tree for Godot who never shows.
